Holstein Kiel is gearing up for its inaugural Bundesliga season by significantly enhancing its athletic and regeneration training. The club has partnered with premium manufacturer Corratec, receiving 15 state-of-the-art training bikes to support player fitness and recovery.
The delivery includes a diverse fleet of 15 bikes, comprising 13 robust hardtails and two specialized Corratec Allroad C Ekar gravel bikes. This new equipment is designed to integrate seamlessly into the team's rigorous training regimen.
These high-quality Corratec bikes will play a crucial role in various aspects of player development. They are specifically allocated for enhancing regeneration after intense sessions, optimizing athletic training, and crucially, aiding in the rehabilitation process for injured players.
Lasse Bork, the dedicated athletics coach at KSV Holstein, expressed particular enthusiasm for the new additions. He highlighted the versatility of the Corratec bikes, especially the gravel models, which will allow him to implement varied and effective training methods for his squad.
The partnership sees the Raubling-based bike manufacturer Corratec providing essential equipment to the newly promoted Bundesliga side. Representatives from both KSV Holstein, including Marko Ivezic and Colin Kleine-Bekel, and Corratec's Holger Dirks, alongside Peer Schöninger and Julia Seeler from allrid-E, were present for the official handover.
With this strategic investment in advanced training equipment, Holstein Kiel underscores its commitment to player well-being and peak performance. The Corratec bikes are set to be an invaluable asset as the Storks prepare to face the challenges of Germany's top football league.
